Status of REVOMAZE Lite: Behind the Scenes of the Introductory Set, Red, and VAULTMAZE

Hi everyone! Stepping into April, we thought an update was due to see an inside look at what’s been happening at HQ. Time has been dedicated to bringing the Introductory Set of Lite's puzzles to life, along with the VAULTMAZE programme. Today, we’re diving into the progress, the valuable feedback we’ve received, and what you can expect moving forward.

The Journey So Far

When we began this journey, our goal was set: to create engaging, challenging, and fun puzzles for everyone. The Lite’s Introductory Set includes 4 unique puzzles, each designed to be more cost-effective and engage puzzle enthusiasts of all ages.

So far, over 2,000 hours have been invested in brainstorming, prototyping, and iterating based on initial feedback. This included designing and testing each puzzle's functionality to ensure a quality experience.

Feedback and Improvements

Recently, we received extensive feedback from two reviewers, which has highlighted the strengths and pinpointed areas for improvement. Mike and Marvin's insights have been invaluable, the improvements are underway and will be checked again, prior to shipping. In a follow-up update that goes into further detail, we will share what's been improved and when we can prepare for shipping.

Current Production Status

As we refine the Lite's puzzle designs, we want to keep you updated on our production status. So far, we have 300+ sleeves available and mazes can be run on demand.

The assembly process per puzzle is quick and batches can be worked on in a day. Enhancements to the functionality of the designs have been worked on as well as the components to ensure everything fits and functions seamlessly.

Looking Ahead

Recently, Chris took a snapshot of the pack 1 rings for VAULTMAZE in the workshop. The machine's programs can be switched between the Lite's and rings, and efforts have been made in the evenings and on weekends to support this work.

In Summary

The development of the Lite’s so far, including the Introductory Set, Red, and VAULTMAZE has offered both challenges and rewards. We are actively engaging with feedback and are dedicated to delivering an exceptional final product.

We hope you share in our excitement for what’s to come. Thank you for being a vital part of the development process.
