Pre-ordering our puzzles supports our small business, which exclusively is developing and producing the top-quality puzzles expected by our customers. Investing in a pre-order will give us the ability to supply enjoyable products, this may take time before the final shipment is made. We will operate on a first-come, first-served basis, with the earliest orders going out first initially.

 

We make-to-order our products, and this also helps us confirm the volume and the demand, which has been very high. We work with external suppliers who support us with anodising, as well as orders from other businesses that supply packaging and some of the components we require.

Having a unique product suite and niche market, the demand can vary. Peaking at special occasions, or announcements we make. We are a small team of two people who love the product that we design and manufacture in Chris's family home.

Thank you for your continued investment and support, which allows us to grow and diversify our range of puzzles from introductory to grandmaster levels. Since December 2023, we've announced a full series of 23 thoughtfully designed levels for those seeking unique challenges.
