Placing a pre-order for our puzzles directly supports our small business, which is dedicated to developing and producing the high-quality puzzles our customers expect. By investing in a pre-order, you help us provide enjoyable products, although it may take some time before the final shipment is dispatched. We will fulfil orders on a first-come, first-served basis, prioritising the earliest orders initially.

Since we make our products to order, this approach also allows us to gauge the volume of demand, which has been quite substantial. We collaborate with external suppliers for anodizing, along with partners who provide packaging and some of the necessary components.

With a distinctive product line and a specialised market, our demand fluctuates, often peaking during special events or announcements. We are a small team of two, passionate about the products we design and create from Chris's family home.
